We ship all domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–6 business days from the date of purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer USPS International and DHL Worldwide Express shipping options.
International orders ship within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase.
- USPS International: Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
- DHL Worldwide Express: Our fastest option, with delivery in 1–3 business days, depending on the destination.

Her Collection is not responsible for customs fees or import taxes charged by the destination country. If your package hasn’t arrived 10 days after shipping, please contact USPS or your local postal service, as it may be held at customs. Unclaimed packages returned to us cannot be refunded or resent.
